Open Gardens Sept 2024

The beautiful garden called Fifty Shades of Green at 23 Netherby Avenue, Netherby proved to be a lovely venue to talk to people about Zonta and provide morning and afternoon tea. Funds raised will go to Zonta projects to support women and girls....

Zonta Team takes the Plunge

Four club members signed up to abseil down a 27 storey building in Adelaide. The fundraising goal was exceeded. Funds raised went to Puddle Jumpers, a not-for-profit that supports children at risk. The goal was also to raise awareness of Zonta.  

Women Artists Talks August 2024

A series of talks on women artists was the club August fundraiser, covering: Renaissance/Baroque, Impressionist and Australian indigenous women. artists. Many famous in their time but forgotten after their death. This finished with a tour of the APY Gallery....

Zonta International Convention July 2024

Ten of our members attended the Convention held in Brisbane this year enjoying the excitement of belonging to an international organisation. Our club presented a workshop showcasing our Young Women Leaders Program.

Women of Achievement May 2024

A show case event that is held biennially at the Adelaide Town Hall and hosted by the Lord Mayor. The club recognises outstanding Women of Achievement and presents  young women students with Youth Awards.  

The club held its biennial event at the Adelaide Town Hall hosted by the Lord Mayor. Awards were presented to 4 Women of Achievement and a Life Time Community Achievement. Youth Awards were presented to young women students from University of South Australia, Adelaide and Mitcham Girls High School.

IWD Breakfast 2024

Join members of the Zonta Club of Adelaide to view the live stream procedings from the Adelaide Convention Centre. Hosted by Senator Penny Wong with guest speaker Annabel Crabbe.

Amelia Earhart Breakfast 2024

Another successful Fundraiser held in Botanic Park Sunday 21 January. Family and friends gathered to celebrate a new year and enjoy breakfast together. All funds went to Zonta International Amelia Earhart Fellowship to support women and girls studying in aerospace and allied sectors.

Open Garden 17 & 18 feb 2024

Come and see the leafy garden at 46 High Street, Burnside. Morning tea and afternoon tea provided by the club to raise funds for our projects to support women and girls.

Women Artists

Talks for those interested in art, history and women's stories. Join the resurgence of interest in the lives and works of women artists. Four sessions during winter -27 July, 3, 10, and 17 August.
